Refund policy
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery using our online returns portal. If it has been more than 30 days, please email us at customercare@smallkins.com and we'll do our best to help.
Return postage (UK)
All UK returns come with a prepaid return label.
- If your item arrived late, is faulty, damaged, incorrect or looks different to the image on our site, your return label is free.
- If you've changed your mind or don't like the item, a £4.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
Return postage (Ireland, EU and rest of world)
Please submit your return through our returns portal first. Once approved, send your parcel to us using a tracked service and enter your tracking number in the returns portal. Return postage is at your own cost. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before posting and we will cover the cost.
Condition of items
Unless faulty, items should be returned unused and in their original condition, with tags and labels attached. This means not worn, washed, assembled or fully unpackaged. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been delivered to us. You'll receive an email when your refund has been issued. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid.
Faulty or damaged items
If you'd prefer a replacement rather than a refund for a faulty or damaged item, please email customercare@smallkins.com before starting a return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your card provider or bank, as refunds can take some time to appear. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at customercare@smallkins.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
